Toulouse: A portal to enhance smart city strategy

From the onset of its smart city strategy, the Metropolis of Toulouse has aimed to make its initiatives citizen-centric. It was therefore looking for a tool that would enable it to:

• Gather the multiple local actors around a single information source
• Provide an overview of the urban area’s facilities and service offers
